Big Magic

I was a bit skeptical reading a non-fiction book by Elizabeth Gilbert (of Eat Pray Love fame) but this book changed my relationship with fear and creativity. It’s flagged and underlined after multiple reads. Both a practical guide and an inspiration.

Untethered Soul

This one was recommended to me by my therapist and whooo, it was good. Took a while to read and work through everything but it had definitely helped to reshape the conversation that goes on in my head on a daily basis.

Atomic Habits

I thought I was really good at habits until two things happened: a global pandemic and I read this book. When normal went out the window so did my routine and hearing (I did this as an audiobook) James Clear talk about how to build up habits in a new way has changed how I approach habits and habit change. Loved it! πŸ’•
